Who is this for?
Texas residents, 18 years of age or older. Dr. Beth is licensed in the state of Texas. Due to licensure laws she can only see individuals and couples with a valid Texas state identification card which proves they currently reside in the state of Texas.

What does it look like?
Virtual counseling is talk therapy. I use a secure platform to meet from the comfort of your couch or office. The first session is a meeting to gather information, see if we are a good fit, and discuss what you hope to accomplish in treatment. Then, the following sessions focus on working towards your treatment goals. Sometimes this can be accomplished in a few sessions and sometimes it takes many sessions. All sessions are 50 minute sessions.

How much does it cost?
Each 50 minute virtual session will cost $175 whether it's just you or your whole family in the session. I currently do not accept insurance. All intake sessions are the full fee, and a deposit (that will go toward the session fee) is required to book an initial intake appointment.

What it isn't.
Counseling is not a quick fix to major issues. It takes time and effort from everyone participating. It takes honesty, compassion and vulnerability from all parties. It also takes a good therapuetic relationship with your therapist.
Sex therapy is always talk therapy and there is never any nudity or sex involved.
